Exercise is an essential part of a wellness routine. Cardio kickboxing is an amazing workout to support your health and fitness goals. Whether your intent is to lose weight, become stronger, or develop overall healthier habits… Josiah Kicks classes will be an awesome addition to your lifestyle.
Our signature standard class is 45 minutes, but you should factor in extra time to arrive early and get set up.
First day fighters, breathe easy-- our classes will introduce you to all of the moves you need to know. Our instructors will help you become comfortable throwing every punch and kick, while giving you a fun, high-energy workout! Our instructors are well-versed in teaching all fitness levels, and they will make sure you walk out of the studio feeling confident, empowered, and ready to return for your next class.
Absolutely! Everyone starts somewhere with Josiah Kicks. Plus, the class vets will be eager to help you find your footing.
The most important thing to bring– you! It would also help to bring a water bottle and a sweat towel. We don’t wear shoes in class, so plan to go barefoot or wear socks that aren’t too slippery.
We can provide you with any gear required for your classes!
